A whole area of agents. The final say is yours.
Kubbo sets you up with a full Marketing area: a CMO who plans the week and teams of agents who produce. Every plan and every piece goes through your inbox before it ships. Nothing is published without your go-ahead.

Weekly plan · November 9–15
Illustrative example. Go on, approve the CMO’s plan and watch the week get going, further down.
The plan lands Monday. You say “go.”
Scroll slowly and watch a whole week of the Marketing area. Only two moments need you: Monday’s plan and Friday’s pieces. They handle the rest.
MO9
The CMO drafts the plan.
Early Monday it proposes six pieces, built from what the researcher brought in and your content calendar. Nothing moves yet.
MO9
It lands in your inbox.
Approve it in one click or send it back with a comment. Without your OK, nobody starts.
TU10
The briefs go out.
The CMO splits the work: 2 briefs to the Studio and 4 to Posts. Nobody is left asking “so what do I do?”
WE11
The teams produce.
Scripts, slides, voices and articles. Every agent on its own job, and you on yours.
TH12
The team reviews first.
Whatever is ready goes to review. In the Studio its reviewer checks it; then everything goes through the CMO.
FR13
Friday, to your inbox.
The CMO reviews every piece and leaves it ready for you to approve. You get an email and the rest of the day is yours.
SA–SU14–15
Only what you approved goes out.
The community manager schedules what you OK’d on your social accounts. What you sent back goes back to the team, not to your feed.

Nobody here publishes behind your back.
The agents work on their own, but they don’t publish on their own. Everything the area wants to ship goes through your approvals inbox, and you get an email when something is waiting.
Approve in one click. Not convinced? Send it back with a comment and the team redoes it, no sulking.

Example
A real org chart, not a chatbot with tabs.
A CMO who leads, teams that know their craft, and shared agents. Each one has a role, a team and a manager, and you always know what they’re up to.

We tried it on ourselves first: Toche’s marketing.
Toche is a finance app that we also build. Its Marketing area (the CMO, the “Sofi y Toche” video studio and the posts team you saw above) is moving to Kubbo. It’s our test at home before we open up to other companies.
Once it’s running end to end, we’ll share real numbers here. We don’t have them today, so we’re not making them up.

The part your CTO will want to read.
If you’re a CTO or you run operations, this is what sits underneath, before you let an area run on agents.
- Your keys
- You bring your own model and tool keys. You pay for tokens directly to your provider; we add no markup.
- Memory
- The area’s context lives in Keel, which is open source.
- Traces
- Every run of every agent is traced and can be audited.
- Isolation
- Each company with its own data, secrets, files and budget, kept separate.
- Runtimes
- Agents on any model, and agents with their own workspace for tasks that involve files.
- Import
- Already have agents in a Claude Code project? They come in as an area: agents, skills and documents.

Example with synthetic data.
You pay per agent that worked.
An agent shows up on your bill only if it worked that month. The one that spent the month staring at the ceiling costs you nothing. We’ll publish prices when we open the list.

We’re starting with Marketing. The other areas are in line.
Marketing is the first area, the one we’re building with Toche. Engineering comes after, on the roadmap. Need a different one? Tell us which when you save your spot.

An area starts from a template, from the interface, or by importing a Claude Code project.
Who’s behind it.
I build Kubbo with agents, the same way I build Toche, a finance app. That’s why the first area running here is Toche’s marketing: if something breaks, we feel it before you do.
The idea is simple. Agents that work like real employees, with a role, a team and a manager, and a person who approves. No hidden scripts.
You bring your keys and pay your provider for the tokens; we charge for the platform. We’re starting with startups and small businesses in Latin America. If yours is one of them, I’ll see you on the list.

Questions you probably have.
Short answers, no fine print.
What happens to my data?
Each company keeps its data, secrets, files and budget separate. What’s yours never mixes with anyone else’s.
Who pays for the tokens?
You do, directly to your provider, with your own model and tool keys. We add no markup: Kubbo charges for the platform, not for tokens.
Can I correct what they do?
Of course. Nothing goes out without your approval. If something doesn’t convince you, send it back with a comment and the team redoes it.
How much does it cost?
You pay per agent that worked that month; one with no runs isn’t billed. We haven’t published prices yet: we’ll share them when we open the list.
What do I need to get started?
Save your spot on the waitlist. We open access in list order, and the first area is Marketing.
I already have agents in Claude Code. Can I use them?
Yes. A Claude Code project can be imported as an area: agents, skills and documents.
Does it publish on its own?
Not on its own, no. The community manager schedules only what you approved. Whatever you send back stays put.
Does it work in English?
Yes. The app comes in Spanish and English, and the agents write in whatever language you tell them to.
Put your first area to work.
We open access in list order. We’ll write to you when it’s your turn, and only for that.
